I am Kathleen Cruz, CPR-certified, bilingual (Spanish & English), and a dedicated mom of two. Y

My goal is to create a safe, supportive, and educational environment for kids and be a helping hand for parents who need it most.

A bit of my story…

My family is originally from Puerto Rico, which is how I became fluent in Spanish. I earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business with a concentration in Finance and built a career working for incredible companies like Bank of America and Citibank. But along the way, I discovered that my true passion is children: their growth, their learning, and, most importantly, their well-being. A friend once told me, You would be an amazing sitter and tutor for families! And she was right. That is how I found my calling.

Life hasn’t been without challenges, including navigating a difficult divorce, but through it all, my greatest motivation has been creating a better future for my kids.

Now, I want to use my skills, patience, and love for teaching to help other families feel supported, knowing their children are in safe, caring, and capable hands.

✅ Organizational and Financial shores: I can use my skills to also help with home shores like paying bills, groceries needs, school absent reports, and other administrative tasks, giving you more time to focus on what matters most!

✅ Faith-Based Care & Learning (Optional) I am also happy to include Christian teachings for families who want faith-based - whether through Bible stories, prayer, or conversations about God’s love.💕

I believe every child deserves to feel safe, supported, and encouraged to learn. So if you need someone who truly understands what it means to care, I would love to help!

Service rate

Sitter & Tutor Services: $20/hour
